Have you ever experienced momentarily depression and had a mental breakdown simply because you can't for the love of Christ find what to wear? lol me too.

At a certain point I used to hate going out to different places simply because i had absolutely nothing to wear. And because of that, Online Shopping became my favorite hobby. They say that Shopping is best the way to a girl's heart. And I can not help but to agree, I find shopping to be extremely therapeutic. The Temporary high we get from buying new clothes and playing dress up is exactly why changing your wardrobe is number one on our list, not only do you look good but you feel amazing as well.

When you Look Good, You Feel Good, and that's on point blank period

Shein, Zara, pretty little thing, etc has become my cure for sadness. When I'm feeling sad I shop, lol.

Consider Changing or Upgrading your wardrobe, get more basic pieces and staple pieces, to incorporate in your day to day style

Play around with Outfits to Find Out what looks best on you, try out different colors and looks to see what sticks. We Highly recommend this for everyone because new clothes never go out of style.

2). Go to the gym (Keep Yourself In Shape)

Some people go to the gym to keep fit and healthy, over here we go to the gym to look better Naked.

Working out and keeping your body in tip top shape is a big self esteem boost. Looking hot and turning heads where ever you go can do a lot for a Girl's/Guy's ego.

Keeping fit is not only good for your health and body, it is also great for your skin, your hair and your mood.

Workouts like Pilates can help tone your body and keep it in shape.

Ab workouts can help reduce and slim down your waistline.

Strength training can build your muscles and add more shape to your body.

Exercises like Squats, RDLs and Glute bridges are some of the best exercise to shape up your lower body and Lat pull downs, pull ups and bench press are some of the best exercises for your upper body.

Cardiovascular exercise is great for your heart one of the best ways to burn fat.

At least 30 - 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise is an effective way for keeping you in shape

However too much cardio can be counter-effective as not only will you burn fat, but you are at risk of burning muscle as well making your body look less toned and shapely.

Keeping the Cardio Controlled is the best way to go. We recommend 1 - 3 times of cardiovascular activity every week.

Running, Jogging, Dancing, cycling, jump rope, Swimming, walking are some examples of cardio you can add to your daily routine.

3). Skin Care: Take Care of Your Skin

Beautiful skin can do a lot to your self confidence as 90% of your body is your skin. Your skin is the largest and most visible organ of your body and should be thoroughly and properly taken care of.

Use Skin Care products that are specific to your skin care needs and targets your problem areas instead of using Generic all in one skin formulations that do next to nothing for your skin.

For example if you have dry skin and a rough skin texture then products with glycolic acids, AHAs, etc are you best friends Am lactin, Alpha Glycolic Body Lotion, Paula's Choice Glycolic Lotion, The Urban Rx Body Treatment, etc are some great skin care products rich in beneficial acids that help smoothen out your skin texture.

Retinols are great for anti aging and keeping your skin Looking young and youthful.

Collagen helps your skin elasticity and keeps it firm.

Hyaluronic acid and ceramides are great for keeping your skin supple and moisturised.

Exfoliation also helps to get rid of dead skin cells and can be done physically or chemically.

Physical exfoliation is done with the use of scrubs, exfoliating gloves and skin brushes. Scrubs like sugar scrubs can be made at home by mixing sugar, honey, lemon, tumeric and olive oil or any other carrier oil of your choice or you can simply buy store bought scrubs.

Chemical exfoliation is done chemically with the use of beneficial acids which we talked about earlier.

The hype about drinking water is well worth it, as drinking water and minding your business can get rid of toxicity and flush out toxins from your body, making your skin clean and clear.
